Day 1 - Ideas and Opportunities

• Identify an entrepreneurial idea
• Evaluate an entrepreneurial idea

• Estimate willingness to pay

Day 2 - Building a Business (1)

• Apply the POCD (People, Opportunity, Context, Deal) framework
• Manage risk and reward through experimentation
• Make decisions with the future in mind
• Evaluating POCD elements and fit
• Designing and learning from tests
• Anticipating change and reacting to new information

Day 3 - Financing a Business

• Determine how investment can help you create value for yourself and your
investors
• Consider risk and reward through various forms of analysis
• Discover when to solicit investment and how much you will need to seek out
• Understanding and presenting key financial metrics
• Determining investment needs

Day 4 - Sources of Investment

• Understand the opportunities and tradeoffs associated with different sources of financing
• Defining key financing terms
• Apply the tools of valuation to start-up ventures
• What do entrepreneurs get from investors?
• Calculating the value of a start-up

All MSBM courses are accredited by the relevant partners and awarding bodies.  Please refer to MSBM accreditation in about us for more details.

There is no strict Academic Requirement for this Programme as it is a Non-Credit Bearing Programme. However, Students are expected to have working experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.

UAE VISA

Please check with your Country’s Ministry of Foreign Affair to know if you require a UAE VISA to come into the country. 

If you do require a UAE Visa, kindly send down the following documents:

- Editable application form including DOB, Email ID, contact no, home address & signature.
- Scanned copy of your International Passport Data Page.
- E-copy of your Passport Photograph.

Your Visa and Hotel Confirmation Slip, (if handled by us) along with your Joining Instructions would be sent to you before the program commences.

UK VISA

Please check with your Country’s Ministry of Foreign Affair to know if you require a UK VISA to come into the country. 

If you do require a UK Visa, kindly note that you are required to handle this on your own without any recourse to us.

We advise that Delegates already hold a UK Visa with at least 3 months' validity before registering for the Programme.
