We are sorry you found the course materials to be a lot of information which you did not find very easy to understand.

Normally our stle of learning is not essentially one in which we want to force a school of thought to you, but one in which we give you various schools of thought and give you the opportunity to think through them to decide which school of thought works for you and in your Assignments write to explain why the preferred school of thought would best work for you.

Furthermore, it appears you were unaware of the fact that you could readily have contacted the Academic Department from your Portal in order to ask questions on the courses you were taking. If emails were not still effective, we have had situations where students schedule a Zoom or Webinar session with their attending lecturer to explain more in detail.

Finally, please note that our International Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) Programmes are fully endorsed and awarded by OTHM Qualifications, UK an Ofqual regulated Awarding Body.

Essentially students have the option of choosing this category of Programme or the OfQual Regulated Level 7 Diploma (Master Degree Pathway) Programmes awarded by OTHM Qualifications.

It appears you have mixed up the types of Programmes, which is clearly stated on the website: https://msbm.org.uk/certificates under the Tab International Postgraduate Diplomas and Level 7 Diplomas.

We are sorry the course you took did not meet your expectations.

If you want a more rounded learning in your preferred field, we would suggest you opt for our Special Executive Masters Programme or at least the Advanced Professional Certificate Courses as most of our Professional Certificate Courses do not cover the topics extensively like any of the suggested courses above.
