The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is a rigorous 180-credit doctoral program designed to equip business students, managers, practitioners, and leaders with advanced knowledge, research, and analytical skills. Unlike master's programs, the DBA emphasizes the practical application of theory to address real-world business challenges. This program enables learners to apply their knowledge and skills directly to real-life situations and scenarios, fostering a transformative learning experience. The DBA is a flexible yet demanding online program that allows students to progress at their own pace. The duration of the program varies depending on the chosen pathway—coursework or research. Most students complete the qualification within three years, though those opting for the research pathway may earn their degree in less than three years.

The course offers an in-depth exploration of key business disciplines, starting with Advanced Research Methods to equip students with sophisticated research skills. Course Details
The course is delivered in two segments. Segment 1 consists of eight modules, and Segment 2 consists of a RESEARCH REPORT(paper).
Segment 1 (Modules):Upon completing the coursework in the following modules, you will be awarded a level 8 Diploma.
Advanced Research Methods: Focuses on developing sophisticated qualitative and quantitative research skills for high-level business analysis and decision-making.
Managerial Economics:
Explores economic principles and their application to managerial decision-making and strategic planning in business environments.
Financial Management:
Covers the principles and techniques of managing financial resources, including investment decisions, risk management, and financial planning.
Marketing Management:
Examines strategies and practices for effectively managing marketing operations, including market research, product development, and promotional activities.
Business Ethics and Social Responsibility:
Analyzes ethical issues and corporate social responsibility practices, emphasizing their impact on business operations and stakeholder relations.
Economic Theory and Policy:
Provides an in-depth understanding of economic theories and their influence on public policy and business strategies.
Leadership in Organization:
Focuses on the principles and practices of effective leadership, including team management, motivation, and organizational change.
Managerial Decision Making:
Explores methods and tools for making informed managerial decisions, integrating data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
Segment 2: Research/Thesis:In this segment, students will complete a rigorous academic research report specializing in a topic of their choice. The project will span one to two years.

Entry Requirements
Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in Business and Management
Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over five years of managerial and/or business experience
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over eight years of managerial and/or business experience

Course Modules
This module will equip students with the qualitative and quantitative principles to undertake research at the doctorate level. The research principles will include a review of theoretical principles informed by Research Philosophy and Research Approach along with empirical research principles involving Research Strategy, Data Collection Method and Data Analysis Method. Additionally, students will be equipped to make appropriate judgements based on ethical practices during the PhD research.
This module is developed to provide an understanding of the basic principles and concepts of micro and macroeconomic theory and their applications in the field of management. It provides the tools and techniques of economic analysis commonly used in decision-making by managers. It develops the ability to analyse and solve economic problems firms and organisations face.
This course covers all aspects of marketing, including strategic marketing planning, marketing research, product development and planning, promotion planning, distribution, and pricing. It teaches students about marketing mix theories and how to use them in the context of the marketing management cycle phases of research, planning, organisation, implementation, and control.
This course explains financial control at the corporate management level with special reference to policies and practices required to plan and control the sources and uses of a firm's funds. Emphasis on working capital management and selection of alternative investment opportunities, funds acquisition, dividend policies, optimal debt-equity mix, and budgetary and related procedures as basic tools which provide data used by management for decision-making purposes.

Workshops
Workshops are conducted through live webinars for online students.
Weekly write-up webinars and monthly supervisor meetings will be held to offer better coordination between the student and the supervisor and achieve optimal professionalism in writing the research report.
