BA (Hons) Management (Top-up) -                    12 Months - 120 Credits

After the Undergraduate Level 4/5 Diploma in Business Management is a 240 credit course, This topup with 120 credits is designed to fast-track students to the final year of an associated Undergraduate BA in Business and Management, which can either be completed on campus or via distance learning. The course is made up of 6 units of Levels 6 modules (120 credits). 

 

This program consists of six key modules, each worth 20 credits, designed to enhance students' knowledge and skills in essential business areas. Leadership and People Management focuses on leadership theories and managing teams effectively. The Business Research Project equips students with research skills to address real-world challenges. Operations Management covers efficient business processes, supply chain management, and quality control. Financial Decision Making develops the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. Sustainable Business Practices emphasizes strategies for achieving long-term organizational sustainability. Finally, Strategic Human Resource Management explores advanced HR practices for aligning human capital with organizational goals.

On completion of this course, students have the opportunity to complete a bachelor's degree programme from International American university. The top-up programme can be studied online or on campus. The top-up comprises the final 120 credits, consisting of either a dissertation or a dissertation and one module.

For entry into the topup, learners must possess the following;

* Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Business Management,

* Relevant/Local Board of Examination Result in your Country, which must include at least 5 'C' Grades in English and 4 other subjects.

* Mock Examination Result can also be accepted for initial Conditional Admission, pending the release of the Board of Examination Result. (This is assessed on a case by case basis)

* Learner must be 18 years or older at the start of the Course.

OR

* Mature Learners (21 years or older) with work experience in supervisory, leadership or management roles. (This is assessed on a case by case basis).
