Upon finishing the coursework, students must complete a graduation project(GP) that combines and utilises the knowledge acquired across different modules. Module Aim

To enable learners to understand how the corporate structure plays a role in giving the organization the right direction and steer in that direction. Put in place create roles, tighten process and divide responsibilities so that to have a sound control system that will prevent the organization from deviating from its chosen direction. For entry onto the International Postgraduate Diploma (IPGD) in Corporate Governance and Leadership qualification, learners must possess:

  • An honours degree in a related subject or the UK level 6 diploma or equivalent overseas qualification, i.e. Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma.

       OR

  • Mature learners (over 25) with at least five years of management experience if they do not possess the above qualification (this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
