Doctoral Degree In Education
The Doctoral Degree in Education equips learners with in-depth knowledge and analytical capabilities to address complex challenges in education and business. Participants explore advanced research methods alongside core disciplines such as contemporary education, financial, and marketing management. Graduates will be prepared to drive policy change, lead organisations, and contribute to academic and practical educational advancements.
Upon completion of the program, students should be able to:

Course Details
The course is delivered in two segments.
Segment 1 consists of eight modules, each one with an assignment and Segment 2 consists of a RESEARCH REPORT(paper)
Segment 1:
Modules: You will be awarded a level 8 Diploma for the completion of the coursework of the following modules.
Advanced Research Methods:
This module develops advanced skills in formulating research questions, selecting methodologies, and analyzing data. Learners gain expertise in producing rigorous, evidence-based research to inform strategic decisions.
Contemporary Issues In Education:
This module focuses on critically examining current challenges, reforms, and innovations shaping education systems globally. It encourages learners to explore the social, political, and technological forces influencing educational theory, policy, and practice.
Financial Management:
Learners examine financial planning, investment analysis, and funding models within educational and non-profit institutions. The module covers budgeting, risk assessment, and financial performance metrics. It prepares learners to make sound fiscal decisions that align with long-term goals.
Marketing Management:
This module provides insights into market research, branding, and strategic communication in educational contexts. Learners will design campaigns tailored to institutional goals and learner needs.
Business Ethics and Social Responsibility:
Learners explore ethical theories, corporate responsibility, and stakeholder analysis in the education sector. The module fosters ethical awareness and promotes values-based governance.
Economic Theory and Policy:
The module examines classical and modern economic theories in the context of public policy and education systems. Learners analyze policy impacts on access, equity, and institutional funding.
Leadership in Organizations:
This module investigates transformational, transactional, and situational leadership frameworks. Learners assess how leadership styles influence culture, performance, and innovation.
Managerial Decision Making:
The module explores models of rational, bounded, and intuitive decision-making. Emphasis is placed on strategic, ethical, and collaborative approaches to solving problems.
Segment 2 - RESEARCH/THESIS:
Here, you will produce an academic standard research report in this segment. This segment will last nominally for 10 to 12 Months. Your specialization depends on the topic you will select for the research.

Entry Requirements
Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in Education.
Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over five years of managerial and/or business experience
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over eight years of managerial and/or business experience

This module provides a comprehensive understanding of economic theories and policy-making. It covers fiscal and monetary policies, trade policies, and economic forecasting, helping students apply economic principles to business strategy and policy analysis.
This module explores leadership styles, organizational behavior, and leadership challenges in modern businesses. Students will assess case studies of successful leadership and develop their leadership philosophy to drive positive organizational change.
This module focuses on the science of decision-making in business management. It covers analytical tools, behavioral biases in decision-making, and risk assessment methods. Students will develop problem-solving skills to enhance strategic business decisions.
Here, in this segment, you will produce an academic standard research report. This segment will last nominally for two years.
Workshops
Workshops are conducted through live webinars for online students.
Weekly write-up webinars and monthly supervisor meetings will be held to offer better coordination between the student and the supervisor and achieve optimal professionalism in writing the research report.
