The Research Methods and Dissertation module provide an introduction to research, types of research methodology, planning a research project, data collection and analysis and the presentation of research findings.

Learners will acquire both theoretical and practical understanding of recruitment, selection, employee retention and dismissal and related aspects of Global talent management.
