The objective of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information System qualification is to develop a deep understanding of the viability analysis of management information systems and methods to enhance the outcomes of such a system along with return based utilization of the organization knowledge.
This qualification reflects current practices in Management Information and knowledge management systems and allows learners to develop and expand their high-level understanding of information system analysis and design, managing organization database management systems.

Entry Requirements
For entry onto the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information System qualification, learners must possess:
- An honours degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or equivalent overseas qualification i.e. Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma
OR
- Mature learners (over 25) with at least 5 years of management experience if they do not possess the above qualification (this is reviewed on a case by case basis)

During this course, students will learn to distinguish between the international marketing concepts of products or services. From a managerial standpoint, understanding the international marketing environment and the conditions that influence market selection, product decisions, policy and price, distribution channels, and various levels of marketing communications will be explained.
The goal of this course is to help students prepare for individualised research projects or dissertations by providing them with the tools and skills they'll need to build projects from a scientific, academic, and methodological standpoint.
Research strategy and design, conceptual framework development, ethics, research methodologies, and data analysis are among the topics covered.
The main aim of this module is to provide students with a thorough understanding of organisational processes and principles in professional settings, as well as how they relate to individuals’ working habits and behaviours.
The production and operation functions in a business are the themes of this course. Evaluation and growth of production and operations management (POM); POM problems; productivity (planning and control) and its measurement; forecasting demand; basic qualitative and quantitative forecasting techniques in major production; inventory control; single and multiple period inventories; statistical quality control; management problems; and case studies.
Regulations' impact on corporate decisions and the legal system's social and political aspects are examined. The processes of rulemaking, administrative actions, antitrust, public policy, and ethical issues are all investigated.
This course covers development techniques for information system applications as well as the development life cycle as a fundamental concept in application management. The phases of the life cycle that lead to the definition of requirements and the creation of a general logical design are examined. From the logical design of an operational system, theoretical concepts are utilised in its development and implementation. The planning for the change process is explained, and the post-implementation or feedback phase of the systems development life cycle is examined.
This course covers the architecture of a database management system (DBMS), the responsibilities and tasks of a database administrator (DBA), installation, logical database layouts, and physical database layouts. Also included are query processing, indexing/hashing, transaction management, backup, recovery, logging, controlling the development process, tuning, security/auditing, data replication, and mirroring.
Here, the learner will submit a self researched graduation project to apply the concepts learnt and skills acquired during the course
