Operations Management: Focuses on the principles and practices of managing production and service operations, emphasising efficiency and quality.
Planning, Controlling, and Leading a Project: Teaches the skills to effectively plan projects, monitor progress, and lead teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Supply Chain Management: This course covers the end-to-end management of supply chains, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products, highlighting strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
Operations and Information Management for Project Managers: Explores how information systems support operational workflows and project management, focusing on integrating technology to improve project outcomes.
Advanced Research Methods: Introduces advanced techniques for conducting research in operations management.
Assessment: GP
Upon finishing the coursework, students must complete a graduation project(GP) that combines and utilises the knowledge acquired across different modules. This qualification embodies current practices in operations management and helps learners deepen and broaden their understanding of the field at an advanced level.
