Doctoral Degree In Business Management (DBA-BM)
This doctoral programme equips candidates with advanced knowledge in business research and analytical techniques. Upon completion of the program, students should be able to:

Course Details
The course is delivered in two segments.
Segment 1 consists of Seven modules, each one with an assignment and Segment 2 consists of a RESEARCH REPORT(paper)
Segment 1:
Modules: You will be awarded a level 8 Diploma for the completion of the coursework of the following modules.
Advanced Research Methods:
This module explores sophisticated qualitative and quantitative research methodologies applicable to complex business environments. It emphasizes the design and execution of empirical studies that address real-world strategic issues.
Advanced Human Resource Management:
Focused on contemporary HRM strategies, this module evaluates practices that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Topics include talent management, leadership development, and performance appraisal systems. The aim is to equip learners with skills to transform human capital into strategic advantage.
Strategic Management and Business Analysis:
This module introduces advanced frameworks for strategic planning, competitive analysis, and business model evaluation. Participants assess internal and external environments to formulate long-term, sustainable strategies. The course prepares decision-makers to navigate complex and dynamic global markets.
Global Financial Management:
Learners will assess financial strategies related to global operations, capital structure, and risk management. The module explores financial performance optimization in multinational enterprises using advanced tools and theories. Key areas include currency risk, international investment, and cross-border funding decisions.
Organizational Behaviour:
This module investigates behavioural theories and interpersonal dynamics within organizations. It addresses leadership, motivation, group behaviour, and change management for effective decision-making. Students will apply psychological and sociological concepts to cultivate positive organizational outcomes.
Advanced Business Theories:
This module comprehensively examines foundational and emerging theories that shape business practices and strategy. It encourages critical analysis and synthesis to build innovative organizational models. Learners will challenge traditional frameworks and explore interdisciplinary approaches to management.
Advanced Management:
This module focuses on applying high-level management principles to address complex business challenges. It integrates strategic decision-making, operations, innovation, and governance for organisational success. The curriculum fosters the leadership mindset needed for global impact and transformation.
Segment 2 - RESEARCH/THESIS:
Here, you will produce an academic standard research report in this segment. This segment will last nominally for 10 to 12 Months. Your specialization depends on the topic you will select for the research.

Entry Requirements
Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in Business Management
Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over five years of managerial and/or business experience
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over eight years of managerial and/or business experience
English Language Proficiency:
Our programs are conducted in the English language. As such, you must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by submitting one of the following test scores during the application process:

The English proficiency test is not required for the following candidates:

This module focuses on the principles and practices of advanced management, including leadership development, operational efficiency, and corporate strategy. Students will engage in case studies and simulations to enhance their ability to manage diverse business environments effectively.
Here, in this segment, you will produce an academic standard research report. This segment will last nominally for two years.
Workshops
Workshops are conducted through live webinars for online students.
Weekly write-up webinars and monthly supervisor meetings will be held to offer better coordination between the student and the supervisor and achieve optimal professionalism in writing the research report.
