The course is delivered in two segments.
Segment 1 consists of Seven modules, each one with an assignment and Segment 2 consists of a RESEARCH REPORT(paper)
Segment 1:
Modules: You will be awarded a level 8 Diploma for the completion of the coursework of the following modules.

Ethical research practices are emphasized to ensure sound decision-making throughout the doctoral process.

Focused on managing human capital in complex organizations, this module covers recruitment, training, promotion, and motivation strategies. It aims to enhance individual contributions, foster employee loyalty, and improve operational efficiency while reducing costs.
Strategic Management and Business Analysis:
This course offers frameworks and models for analyzing competitive challenges and strategic decisions. Integrating knowledge from previous modules and case studies, students gain a comprehensive understanding of strategic management and decision-making.
Advanced Business Theories:
This module examines the intellectual evolution of business, transitioning from economics-based to behaviorally-driven approaches. Students engage with key articles and social science methods to understand the development of academic knowledge and contemporary research methodologies.
Global Financial Management:
This module delves into asset valuation and financing principles in global financial markets. Topics include the time value of money, diversification and risk, and arbitrage and hedging, with practical applications in derivatives like bonds, stocks, and options. Risk mitigation strategies using financial instruments are also explored.
Organizational Behaviour:
This module explores individual and group dynamics within organizations, focusing on organizational design, change, and inter-organizational relationships. Discussions and presentations highlight strategies for effective reorganization and behavior management.
Advanced Management:
This module delves into advanced theories and practices in management, addressing organizational development, behavior dynamics, and leadership models. Students refine their understanding of communication, motivation, and strategic administration.
Segment 2 - RESEARCH/THESIS:
Here, you will produce an academic standard research report in this segment. This segment will last nominally for one-two year. Your specialization depends on the topic you will select for the research.
