This diploma integrates core competencies in financial and managerial accounting, leadership strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Entry Requirements
For entry into Level 4 & 5 International Higher Diploma in Accounting and Finance, learners must possess:
* Relevant/Local Board of Examination Result in your Country, which must include at least 5 'C' Grades in English and 4 other subjects.
* Mock Examination Results can also be accepted for initial Conditional Admission, pending the release of the Board of Examination Results. (This is assessed on a case-by-case basis).
* Learner must be 18 years and older at the start of the Course.
OR
Mature Learners (21 years and older) with work experience in supervisory, leadership or management roles. (This is assessed on a case-by-case basis).For entry into Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Accounting and Finance, learners must possess the following:

This module delves into the principles and practices of effective team leadership and management in organizational settings. It covers team dynamics, motivation, conflict resolution, and communication strategies to foster collaboration and achieve goals. Students will explore leadership styles and techniques to enhance team performance and adapt to diverse workplace challenges. This module explores the use of accounting information for strategic planning, decision-making, and performance management within organizations. It covers cost analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting techniques. Students will learn how to evaluate financial data to support operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. By the end, learners will be prepared to apply management accounting tools to enhance organizational effectiveness.
This module introduces the foundational concepts and practices of financial accounting. It covers the preparation and interpretation of key financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. Students will learn essential accounting principles, such as double-entry bookkeeping, accruals, and the matching concept, while understanding their role in decision-making. By the end, learners will be equipped to analyze financial data and communicate financial information effectively.
