The course is delivered in two segments. Segment 1 consists of eight modules, and Segment 2 consists of a RESEARCH REPORT(paper).
Segment 1 (Modules):Upon completing the coursework in the following modules, you will be awarded a level 8 Diploma.

Explores economic principles and their application to managerial decision-making and strategic planning in business environments.
Financial Management:
Covers the principles and techniques of managing financial resources, including investment decisions, risk management, and financial planning.
Marketing Management:
Examines strategies and practices for effectively managing marketing operations, including market research, product development, and promotional activities.
Business Ethics and Social Responsibility:
Analyzes ethical issues and corporate social responsibility practices, emphasizing their impact on business operations and stakeholder relations.
Economic Theory and Policy:
Provides an in-depth understanding of economic theories and their influence on public policy and business strategies.
Leadership in Organization:
Focuses on the principles and practices of effective leadership, including team management, motivation, and organizational change.
Managerial Decision Making:
Explores methods and tools for making informed managerial decisions, integrating data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
Segment 2: Research/Thesis:In this segment, students will complete a rigorous academic research report specializing in a topic of their choice. The project will span one to two years.
