Course Details
This programme provides in-depth knowledge of modern project management practices and strategic decision-making. Students develop the ability to plan, manage, and control projects while ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting organizational objectives. The programme includes 10 modules of 7 ECTS each and a thesis of 20 ECTS, enabling students to conduct independent research in project management.
