The International Higher Diploma in Law (Level 4) provides learners with a comprehensive introduction to legal systems, constitutional principles, and the foundations of law. The program develops critical thinking, legal reasoning, and analytical skills essential for legal and public sector careers. Students gain knowledge of legal frameworks, governance structures, and professional legal practice within an international context. The qualification prepares learners for further academic progression and entry-level roles in legal, administrative, and regulatory environments.

Course Details

Mode of Study: Blended

The International Higher Diploma in Law (Level 4) provides learners with a comprehensive introduction to legal systems, constitutional principles, and the foundations of law. The program develops critical thinking, legal reasoning, and analytical skills essential for legal and public sector careers. Students gain knowledge of legal frameworks, governance structures, and professional legal practice within an international context. The qualification prepares learners for further academic progression and entry-level roles in legal, administrative, and regulatory environments.

 Upon the successful completion of the course, the student will be able to learn the following:

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of fundamental legal concepts, theories, and principles that underpin modern legal systems.
  • Analyze the structure, functions, and operation of state institutions, constitutional frameworks, and legal governance mechanisms.
  • Evaluate the impact of social, political, cultural, and environmental factors on the development and application of law.
  • Apply legal reasoning, research, and problem-solving skills to interpret legal issues and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize information and communication technologies, professional communication skills, and legal terminology in academic and professional contexts.
  • Demonstrate ethical awareness, professional responsibility, and readiness for further legal studies or professional practice within national and international environments.

Entry Requirements

For entry into Level 4 & 5 International Higher Diploma in Accounting and Finance, learners must possess:


* Relevant/Local Board of Examination Result in your Country, which must include at least 5 'C' Grades in English and 4 other subjects. 

* Mock Examination Results can also be accepted for initial Conditional Admission, pending the release of the Board of Examination Results. (This is assessed on a case-by-case basis). 

* Learner must be 18 years and older at the start of the Course. 

OR

Mature Learners (21 years and older) with work experience in supervisory, leadership or management roles. (This is assessed on a case-by-case basis).For entry into Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Accounting and Finance, learners must possess the following:

* Relevant/Local Board of Examination Result in your Country, which must include at least 5 'C' Grades in English and 4 other subjects.

* Mock Examination Result can also be accepted for initial Conditional Admission, pending the release of the Board of Examination Result. (This is assessed on a case by case basis)

* Learner must be 18 years or older at the start of the Course.

OR

* Mature Learners (21 years or older) with work experience in supervisory, leadership or management roles. (This is assessed on a case by case basis).
